hello i am the Executor for my Dads will. I know i have to ensure that all monies owed by him and too him need to be collected and paid out - thats not a problem but im wondering where i stand re the PPI scandal? My dad was always saying he should claim under it - dont think he ever did but in order to make sure i do right by him im wondering if you can make a PPI claim postumously?

I have two things to say. Check any loans which were active at the time of death as they may well have had /life insurance attached. Also put in PPI claims there is a deadline looming. If they all get rejected you are no worse off and you might get a payout.
