    Advice needed re: dispute over Will and Deed of Trust

    Hello, I am in need of some advice regarding a dispute over a deceased relative's Will which involves a Deed of Trust on a property they were living in. We think the Probate could be stopped by persons (who own the property) making a claim on the estate, due to this Deed of Trust, although they are not mentioned in the Will. Could I be directed to the best place to get advice on this forum please? Many thanks.
