Many thanks for your reply. After your last advice have pushed solicitor to move things forward and she is now seeking guidance from another colleague who deals with family advice with the possibility of going down the court route.
A couple of days ago, had the opportunity of speaking to sibling and her husband, she just said that she was too busy to sign and when asked when she wouldn't be too busy she shrugged her shoulders and said didn't know. Husband asked why we couldn't pay them without signature?? Didn't think he was that thick after the reminders and papers they already had from solicitor.
Their final salvo on departure was that it was sacrilege to divide Dad's ashes which again is nonsense. Have informed our solicitor of meeting.
Will advise when things happen.
