Hi - please could someone advise how best to proceed. As far as I am concerned Vodafone are in breach of contract by not giving me the stated data allowance in my contract.
I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for several years now. In February 2014, I took out a 4G Vodafone contract via Carphone Warehouse which was for unlimited minutes, texts and 3GB data.
In around March 2014 I noticed that my online Vodafone account stated I only had 2GB data. I went back to Carphone warehouse who looked at my contract and agreed that it was for 3GB data. They got in touch with Vodafone, emailed them a copy of my contract. Vodafone emailed back to say the tariff had been corrected.
Come last month, I went over 2GB data (I used about 2.3GB total) for the first time and was charged about £12 for excess data charges. I have raised this with Customer Services who have promised to look into it, but so far no action appears to have been taken.
Please help - how can I get this resolved?
