Bt ipex i-net premium rate numbers

Hi all

My mil has just had a bill for her sky telephone account which has been charged £39.00 for a call to 0911 699 7831 (cloud number) belonging to BT IPEX / I-NET.
Obviously no knowledge of this call. Has anybody else received any such calls or recognize the number?

Not yet I think it because I have activated Do not disturb service for my number to avoid all malicious call.
