  • Any Legal Obligation for Companies to Provide Billing History?

    Hi all....

It's tax return time and I've just tried to download / access my billing history with Virgin Media. Just one problem... they don't have a billing history section!!!

To cut a long story short, it costs £2.00 for them to print and send you each historic bill. It also costs £1.50 to get normal paper bills delivered, so there's not much cost saving in just having those and stashing them up over the year.

Surely something isn't right / legal here?!

That's a great idea, me like, me use, thank you

Out of curiosity though, are a telecoms company like Virg not under any obligation to provide more than this?
