    Re: BT

    Hi Sally,

Yeah. Tell me about BT. I've had similar problems with them in the past. Is the main core of your complaint that they are increasing your monthly payments without justification by claiming your monthly payments need to be increased? This is a common tactic of their's and they don't like it when you challenge them about it. I sent an SAR and they withheld a lot of data. The Telecoms Ombudsman is, in my experience, next to useless. Could you give better details of what BT are up to, please, as this will give a better picture of what is going on and what advice needs to be given.

      Re: BT

hi, as BB says the more details we have the more we can help.

In a call centre environment, recordings of calls are only kept for 6 months (depending on the volume of calls received) and despite the "all our calls are recorded" messages, in reality about 75% of calls are recorded!

If your complaint is regarding the increase of costs, maybe I can assist?!
