  • Virgin Mobile : Multi Phone Contract Transfer Due To Seperation

    Hi

I am asking this question for a good friend to see if i help her resolve the following issue

The person basically had a mobile phone contract with virgin mobile under her name but had a second phone as part of the contract for her ex-hubby.

He had walked out and gone abroad leaving her with his phone under her name.

He has promised to pay her bill but his calls are now high due to being abroad.

She has spoken to virgin mobile but to transfer it or cancel the contract and make sure he pays they say he has to be in this country and on the phone when she makes a call to access her account and him as a named used on it, but this will probably not happen since it would devastate her to be in the same room

The phone contract is only a couple months old and 18 months long. My friend would prefer it not relying on him paying the money and keeping the contract

The guy himself even saying he will pay for the last month payment (£147.00) seems to being said with no intention paying it by excuses.

What advice can people suggest of how to deal with this very delicate issue, and ways to either transfer his existing contract to him so he can deal with it.

    Thank you
