Entered contract with Carphone Warehouse. Phone packed up 3 times in 7 months. They would not replace Sony Ericson 'phone with another make as no confidence same phone having already been supposedly "fixed"twice would work. Wrote to them requesting this, no joy so cancelled contract. Now being persued to pay T-Mobile for network I cannot use! Have been told by Citizen's Advice they are contravening the Sale of Goods Act - telephone not fit for purpose.

They are contravening the Sales of Goods Act, along with other related legislation. Your contract is with Carphone Warehouse and it is them that you must pursue in order to resolve this.
