Hi,

Is it ok to send a telecommunications company a CCA letter? If so, would this stop them from selling my account onto a DCA? Also, if this is not the right letter to use, then what would be the correct one to send them.

Help is much appreciated.

Can you give us some background to the reasons for this

Do you dispute a debt or have they charged you for something that you werent aware of.

We cant advise what to send them, if we dont know the reasons.

Hi,

Its for a debt. I'm not disputing it, but I want to make sure that it doesn't go onto a DCA so that I can make an arrangement with them.
