  • Virgin Media Price increase

Just got a letter from Virgin Media, stating certain prices rises on certain packages, but whats worse I think, is that they are now charging £1.25p for you to recieve a paper bill, so for the likes of us who like to keep a papertrail we are now being penalised

you could get it done paperless and printout the bill. Ebilling should offer a discount of the same amount.

That's strange cos I get a £1 discount for paperless statements. Give em a call and ask em if you get a discount for ebilling(its a free call if you have phone with them as well )

Every year/6 months I get a letter from Virgin telling me that my tarriff has to increase as my year/6 months half price deal is over. This has gone on for 6 years, I just phone them up and say I am giving notice that I am going to switch to Sky and they offer me another 12 month or 6 month deal, try that approach.
Borrow money from a pessimist -- they don't expect it back.
