#VirginMedia def play games with anyone complaining as we quickly found out after a lessee's sublet tenant had them install BB at a block of flats owned by us.

#Virgin subcontracted 'Field Services Team' left loose surface cables, tacked it (trip hazard) around entrance steps and along pathways, dug a trench across a lawn and fixed a box on the front of the block so it broke off an RW downpipe - all without any freeholder prior knowledge or permission.

Negotiating their repetitive 'non-customer' process, we've raised a complaint but as highlighted above, it's all a game designed to exhaust the complainer with delay, prevarication and false promises: e.g "someone will contact you within the next 48 hrs" etc

Given the hazardous nature of loose cabling left around the site, we are now at the point where our only option is to cut thru them, remove as much as we can and let Virgin explain to their customer why broadband has packed up.
