  • Direct dial phone numbers - No more press 1, press 2 etc

Ok over recent weeks/months its become rather apparent the most of us absolutely hate trying to contact various organisiations with the old Press 1 for X, Press 2 for Y, Press 3 for Z when all we would rather do is spreak for a human.

Yes, Yes I agree that sometimes these redirect systems are great for getting people to the right department, but they are a complete nightmare when you just want to talk to Customer Services, who are really all we want to talk to anyway on the majority of occassions.

So I've started this thread for us all to post up any numbers that take you directly through with the mimum of fuss and the pressing of 1,2 or 3.

I was once told that if you don't press any of the buttons when prompted you will automatically go straight through to an advisor (as not everyone has a touch tone phone). Doesn't always work but worth a try.
