This is not a long saga, so sometime ago (2004) I closed an account on T Mobile that had gotten a bit out of hand. Settled what i thought and was advised was the full amount and put it behind me.
Today I got a call from Buchanan Clarke & Wells regarding an alledged outstanding balance of £27.55 p
to cut a long story short, I told them I had no outstanding debt with T Mobile, and said I would be talking to them immediately I finished with BCW person. He very smugly wished me good look and that he was looking forward to me being referred back to them by T Mobile Customer Service.
The point of this post, it is difficult to get anywhere with customer service so an essential number to know in dealings with T Mobile is:

This is to the direct line to the Directors Office co-ordinator.
After a discussion with her there is now no outstanding debt, the relevant agencies are being notified and credit record being ammended. I have received an e-mail from her to confirm all the above.
