Hi all,
Please advise, I have a debt with BG for electric, I have repeatedly made appts with them to read the meter ( I have told them that I don't have access to the meter cupboard as it's inside another communal cupboard in the block of flats), no one turns up, I have asked for them to rebook appts, again nobody arrives. I understand that my bill is an estimate and not done from the meter, and asked for the bill to be accurate. They then applied to the courts for a warrant to change to PPM on the 27th, no one had arrived and I'm still waiting here the next day?
My questions are, even after BG not keeping to their end of the bargain by arriving to appts, my bill is still in dispute, can they still install forcefully? Can they arrive on any day now that the warrant was granted for yesterday?
I have explained these exact same things to BG and they say there's nothing they can do. I've also explained I have no access to the meter box to top it up once I am on a PPM but "the warrant officer will evaluate on site"
