Virgin cable

Hi, i have a Virgin cable that runs over my property to sevice the upstairs flat. This cable has for some years been open and exposed, and has become a problem when mowing. I have asked them to bury it. Am i entitled to have any recompence regarding this, ie when they dig up the garden.

And you think they will come out to cover the cable ?? If they don't threaten to cut it off as it is a trip hazard etc. That gets them moving.

You are entitled to them making good any damage they caused.

Cut the thing in half they should come out to repair it when their customer complains remember to tell them you DONT know who cut it
