    Reclaiming Acenden Charges

    I am new to this and wondered if anyone has successfully claimed back charges from Acenden recently? I have written to them asking for a refund using the template letter on here giving them 14 days to re-pay me or I will sue them and yesterday had a letter basically saying sorry that I had a complaint and that the complaints team had requested my file and would be carrying out an investigation !! They go on to say that they will aim to provide me with a full response within 4 weeks of their letter. Any advice please??
