I've just had email from a company about a yorkshire energy debt, despite saying they've contacted me numerous times this is the first email from them.
I disputed my ye bill at the ime of leaving as they had estimated several bills, my last email to ye was asking for actual final bill but then they closed.
I know I have a debt but not the amount this company are saying, they also say they are actual readings and they weren't which is ehy I questioned ye at the time.
This company want me to clear the debt and will reduce it by half but its not an amount I can pay in one go.onecan only make a token payment which theyve said they wont accept.
can you advise the best way of dealing with this please.
