I received a quote from EDF as a former Green Energy customer which was valid until the end of February 2022. I could not apply in line due to an issue with the server. I called the helpline and spoke to a call handler who told me to call back later as they couldn’t sign me up to the new tariff at the time. Now that tariff is no longer available. EDF have now agreed to allow me to sign up to the February tariff (fixed for 12 months) but only if I can give them the tariff code which of course I don’t have as it expired. Is anyone on the February fixed for 12 month tariff for former green energy customers that can tell me the tariff code I can give them? Thanks
