ADVICE needed

received a letter from a debt collection agency which asked me for 400 pounds for a bill from SSE . but i had paid this out right a few days be four it included a extra charge 35 pounds..... i contacted them to say i had paid in full but continued to receive letters for the full amount ,,,i contacted the complaints but have been told i stll owe 35 pound for there handling of the mater is this true would you pay or defend this

You are not obliged to pay their fee, their client is but you can't blame them for trying.

i received this email from capital solutions telling me to click on a link which i have not done,,,,, any advice please Further to our previous communication, I am writing to advise that we have received a response from our client.

Just ignore it, do nothing, it will go away. They are just trying it on.
