SOLAR & ELECTRICITY METER ISSUES I CANT BE ALONE WITH THIS PROVEN FAULT

SOLAR & CONVENTIONAL OR DIGITAL ELECTRICITY METERS DONT WORK.
Has anyone else ever proved that there electricity meter still clocks up the feed sent back to the grid that is not being used by the house when the house is isolated and only the solar PV is active, the meter should not clock this but does, Help ? I have after 2.5 years of pain & a new meter. What do I do now ???
