  • Rule about appeal from the EAT to the Court of Session

    If we want to make an application for permission to appeal from the EAT to the Court of Appeal of England and Wales , we have to do it within 42 days of the decisions of the EAT. And, we can also make an oral application during the hearing in the EAT.

    I would like to know which are the rules concerning applications for permission to appeal from the EAT to the Court of Session of Scotland

    It is strange that nobody seems know the rules of making an application for permission to appeal from the EAT of Scotland to the Court of Session Scotland even not the Scottish members of this forum
