I filed a case v Asda in Glasgow Court. The judge ordered Asda to pay what I claimed plus expenses. But Asda didn't pay me so I instructed Sheriff Officers who executed a Charge for Payment on Asda. The Sheriff officer gave Asda until 1st July 2024 to make payment. But still Asda didn't pay me. I'm advised by the Sheriff Officer I may consider further enforcement options but they seem expensive. Can anyone advise a reasonable inexpensive course of action please?
