Complaining About Boss

I did temp jobs for an agency 2018-2019 for a year. For several months I worked for the Royal Mail. If I write a letter to the RM top brass complaining about this boss (and send a copy to the boss) in question, are there possible legal ramifications? I think there are lots of lessons to be learned from my several months - if I send a letter to different large RM buildings around the UK detailing my experiences both positive and negative and lessons to be learned are there possible legal consequences (especially if I mention the specific building/boss)?

But yes of course there can be legal ramifications of what you propose, defamation and harassment to name just two.
