I have a tenant in my flat in Glasgow who was served her; "Notice to leave" from the rental agency in mid February under the; "Landlord intends to live in the property" clause. I am going through a separation and I am returning to live there. Her notice is up on Thursday 19th May and is refusing to leave saying that her own purchased house isn't ready and she is too busy at work to leave on the agreed terms. She claims the law is on her side and I can't force her out. This will leave my son and I homeless on Friday 19th May if she refuses to leave. Can anyone offer the best legal method to have her removed?

I dont know Scottish property laws,
but in England, you would have t take them to court, Only a judge can force an eviction, and your grounds are mandatory ( judge has to agree with you ).
If the tenants being honest, ask them how long, and see if you can hold. ( its not an unusual situation )
If not, you will have to proceed with the court application asap. Its not as as scary s you might think and judges are usually amenable to landlords as long as the paperwork is done properlycrazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
