Minute of Agreement

Wife and I amicably separating. We are not wanting personal effects, financial or otherwise, to be taken into account, just an agreement on the house. Her solicitor has sent me a Minute of Agreement but I am unhappy with three of the sections. Do I really need to engage a solicitor to address these? I'd be quite happy doing it myself.

Indeed. But the one thing flummoxing me is the wording in one of the sections. See this thread.

Am I interpreting this as either party can ask the other to sell the property at any time?

I am not a family lawyer. My advice is find and speak to a family lawyer about this - should not cost too much I would think
