    Hello,
    Is this the correct forum to ask about CPOs and compensation for leaseholders in terms of land (not buildings)?
    If not I'd appreciate if you could provide me with Which forum should I address to?

    If by CPO you mean compulsory purchase, andcyou are in Scotland, then:
    1 The fact that you are in Scotland may mean that different laws apply, so posting here is right.
    2 Insrruct valuers. Your costs should be paid. They will tell you.

      Thank you for the reply.
      I am not from Britain.
      My land IS in Scotland.
      I want to know whether as a leaseholder of a piece of land, which has not been getting any rental income for around two years, I would actually qualify for compensation?
