Huge amount of history and records of work done, including photos, receipts for all work carried out over the last 25 years and original user manuals for all appliances. It even has the original bill of sale!
Bundles of old MOT's and bill for the new engine replacement 50 000 miles ago by a VW approved installer.
This is an original Devon Moonraker with original cooker/grill, sink unit, electric pumped water from built in water tank fitted under the van. Riviera under floor heating system. Electrolux gas fridge. All appliances and heating has been checked and are working perfectly.
Moonraker units and lino floor in good condition and even includes the carpet which clips over the lino which was supplied with the van when new.
Fold down buddy seat, and an additional buddy seat to seat 4 people round the table. This is one of the few campers which is fitted to sleep and service 4 people.
Cab floor never been welded in great condition.
Chassis belly pans and rest of floor weld free, in great condition, arches have been welded and inner sills but thats it everything else good and unwelded including gutters!
This is my campervan 'Hatty Moonraker' which we have spent a lot of time and money bringing it up to a great usable condition. She is near to original as possible including Devon labels intact.
2 work tops have been replaced, cushions have been recovered in a sympathetic material, original material is underneath but not the greatest condition. Rock n Roll bed. All new curtains and roof linings. 4 new roof struts which anyone can now open and close the roof! Loads of sleeping and storage space in the pop top as this is a rare and sought after double top it can easily sleep 2 adults or 3 small children like ours! The canvas is in good condition for its age and tested watertight recently in high winds and torrential rain!
All new door rubbers all around, new pop top seal, new engine lid seal, new cab door window seals, including 1/4 light seals. 5 new tyres. new 240 volt hook up point fitted underneath the rear quarter with an RCD fuse board to a new double socket outlet for phone charging etc...
12 volt leisure battery with a charging relay running lighting, heating and water pump so never have to worry about running down the main battery.
has an alarm immobiliser with its original user booklet.
1979 VW T2 Devon Moonraker in great original condition.
Great runner... starts every time first time and drives like a dream. Delivery can be arranged.
