  • Windows XP service pack 3

Just wondered if I should download this XP thing. I have just gone with BT and I have not been able to get Yahoo new mail since.
It says my system is not compatible, I need windows XP and Firefox and I have both of these.
Got in touch with Yahoo yesterday to help me didn't know there was more than one Yahoo tbh and I felt a right plonker I can tell you.
Anyway should I upload this do you think?
    Thanks Enaid xx

Been running SP3 since it went live.
    No problems at all.

Now as for your BT/Yahoo problems, what's occurring ?

Well CB I have been using Yahoo (UK & Ireland) New Mail for ages and I like it.
I changed to BT hub on Weds last week and all was ok till Sat morn, went to click on Yahoo to open up as I always do and it's gone back to classic. Tried to go to all new mail and I get this message
Looks like your operating system is incompatible.
Unfortunately, the all-new Yahoo! Mail doesn't yet run on your operating system. You can either switch to one we do support, or go back to Yahoo! Mail Classic.
If you want to use the all-new Yahoo! Mail...
You'll need to run one of these operating systems.

I have windows XP and I also have firefox which it says you should have.
Got onto Yahoo but it was Yahoo BT and they said they don't know any other Yahoo lol

Have you changed anything at all ??
Can you access it in IE ?
Have you completely cleared the internet cache and tried again ??

Seems Yahoo is getting confused here
