Did it pull this up on a scan or when you accessed a certain site?

Which browser are you using? You should be OK if IE 7, or Firefox. There was an exploit in IE 6 and below that allowed malicious code to access your PC via a vulnerable browser using iFrames. Haven't heard much about it for a few years now though.
Way to go Microsoft.

I use Firefox and can't give you the full location as I've just upgraded to AVG 8 free and it uninstalled 7.5.
