      Right--bit of basic formatting first

      Download this file-then on Open Office main screen-click on "Open a Document" & open the downloaded file LB-A.odt



      We'll not bother with "FileTypes" yet--we'll use the default for time being .ODT-earlier versions of OFFICE can't open it so later we will move to .doc files--but I have attached a .doc file so WORD people can follow this also
