Done the google one but thought perhaps those on LB who knew what they were doing might be able to suggest something other than search google for the answer yourself.....cos I can do that but who is to say that I am downloading stuff that might be harmful to the puter.....

Are you running AVG ?
If so simply re-install it.

If not, well that's another story.

Have switched to Avir antivir

It'll do the job.
Did you completely remove AVG ?

I got a program to do it, ie I uninstalled it and then hit it with this

Interesting, thanks for that link Marshallka, I tend to have some problems with mine now and again, although i'm no techie, i always get my son to sort things out for me, but that link is useful, cheers X
