  • How To Trace Unwanted Emails

Hello people i thought i would tell you about how to trace an e mail to country, location, isp provider and ip address.

Its a free site to use and qwite intresting.

ok it depends on what email service you use as to how to get the important info from the e mail. ie hotmail, yahoo etc etc.

the important info is the e mail source and you can normally view this by right clicking on the email and just view the source then you need to highlight all the data and copy it again just by right clicking and copy.

then go to this site http://www.ip-adress.com/trace_email/

scroll down to the window that asks for the email info and right click and paste and then just click trace e mail sender.

this has been preety accurate for some e mails of friends and just qwite intresting i thought to see were people live who you might get unwanted e mails from.

thought this might be of use to some people.

    happy emailing

Interesting, but UK IP's are notoriously difficult to pin down.
    Different matter with USA ones

I tried this with my own address and it was out by several hundred miles..
    ISP info was good mind.

My location is usually Paris - France, if you use geobytes or I can make myself appear to be on a boat somewhere off the Western Cape of South Africa (wish I was), a far cry from Yorkshire
