It shows 5 companies who said 'I've misused facility' all with different emails. None relate to me as it's not my email and I'm in hospital. How do I get it removed?

To get a CIFAS 'Misuse of Facility' marker removed is by contacting the financial institutions that put the markers there and challenging it because the marker is incorrect.

It will not be a quick process. If five financial institutions suspect misuse of facility of your bank accounts I would suspect something has been happening and perhaps you have been a victim of identity fraud. Look up "CIFAS Misuse of Facility marker" online and you will see that it typically means the account has been used for fraud, money laundering, drug dealing and the like

It looks like the searches have been removed, but the main ones still stand/there. I'm in hospital.Ive contacted all the institutions on there and it'll take up to 8 weeks to look into.
