So me and my partner supposedly won a 'free' photography session with this company to get professional pictures done.
Long story short, we arrived, had our pictures taken abd that's when the issues started.
We were taken to a small dark room, shown a slideshow of all our pictures and then we were fed all this information and documentation telling us it would cost a £150 deposit and would cost around £1500 over monthly installments to pay for a disc with 100 pictures on.
And we felt pressured into it. We were asked a lot of person financial questions out in the reception with other people around before hand.
At no point during the whole process were we told about the payment.. Until the dumped it all on us at the end, and under the pressure we signed.
We were then given a white sealed envelope with our disc and free pictures. (which has not been opened)

And we walked out, had a brief talk and I came back with the envelope.
I had a chat with one of them and they basically explained its not in their hands any more, since I've taken if off the premises if could be copied or tampered with.. And the deposit had been paid so nothing can be done.

I've called the company the payments are set up with and have requested a call back for Monday.
But my issue is that legally speaking..
Do we have any kind of case to get this sorted?
The 'product' had been taken away, but is still sealed in the companies packaging and the actual first payment isn't until April 16th.

I'm just trying to get a sense of our options, any help would be great
