I am a Manager in a company and unfortunately I did not check if the expenses that I approve for my team are genuine and now the company has raised a CIFAS against me as FRAUD and refuse to remove that even after investigations and
    requests.What
impact would it have on my

    1. Future Employments ( with Banks, Financial Companies etc )
    2. Mortgage Renewals
    3. Future Loans if needed

I have a family and young daughters and quite stressful now. Please help.

    Hi

Sorry to be a bit blunt, but is there sufficient evidence that fraud has been committed (think of being in a court situation), or was this just negligence/innocent mistake?

I believed my reportee and approved so it piled up into a fraud.

Not necessarily, unless you were willingly & knowingly complicit.

Usually it would involve you having made financial gain or the like.

CIFAS is not, as many believe it to be, a public authority.

It is a privately owned not-for-profit organisation. (Think charity)
it's aim is to help victims of fraud (both individuals & companies )

That said, it is a highly respected organisation re fraud prevention.

If you have a 'black mark' against you & you feel it is unfair or incorrect, you can always use their complaints procedure.
You can also complain to the ICO.
& you can take them to court. If you decide this as an option, I would strongly advise that you get expert professional legal help/representation.
