Just had a call from 'CAB' saying they had info from the FCA saying I was struggling with debt - odd accent- Irish with a touch of Indian or maybe Asian trying to sound Irish

The number is on O2's network, however it doesn't look like an active number & therefore the CLi is probably being spoofed, I would report it to your own Telecom's provider (you don't say Mobile or Fixed) & also raise an issue with O2 https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and...s-and-messages
