  • Personal Injury Law.

Can someone please refer me to personal injuries legislation and guidance that is used in employment matters.
    Areas involve discrimination, harassment.
    I have this link.

Is there any more to it, thanks. Guidance would be important.

It would help if you could be a little more specific, are you enquiring as an employer or employee, claiming or being claimed against?
Any opinions I give are my own. Any advice I give is without liability. If you are unsure, please seek qualified legal advice.

        Hi rickierich,

For discrimination at work, the Equality Act 2010 would come into play.
If the harassment is linked to a protected characteristic, that is also within the remit of the Act.

I would suggest contacting the Equality & Human Rights Commission
