So let us work on the negligence ... Where is the detail from the lone worker/working off site/remote working risk assessment ?- that is a statutory duty & vital in these circumstances & in particular - the "control measures"? Let us be clear on the employers risk assessment & whether it seems to be "suitable & sufficient"? If there has not been any inspection of the property in question, then how could they possibly have ensured that their employee would be "safe to work" on that site? If the control measures require the lone worker to identify any reasonably foreseeable hazards - then let us be clear on the extent of the information , instruction & training that has been provided to the employee.
