    Hi i was on a accident and got hit by a car on the red light. For whom should I seek for legal basis? Thanks

    Firstly are you o.k.? I hope so.

    Did you get the drivers details, insurance details etc?

    Were there witnesses? Is there CCTV?

      Before you look out for legal help, make sure you have collected all the evidence you need in the case. Make sure you have all the details of the driver that hit you. Is there any CCTV footage available if not, what other evidence you can collect to prove the wrongdoings of the driver? Next, after collecting the evidence, contact a reputable attorney. Make sure you are hundred per cent transparent with the attorney. Only he can help you with the case. Provide him with all the details, and make sure you communicate with the attorney on a regular basis.
