Hi everyone new to the forums. We will involved in an accident last year. Went through psyio etc. The insurance company offers a really low amount for myself. Nothing at all for my wife who was also in the car. Now the time has ran out and we want to proceed to court.*
The problem we have is the solicitor is saying we can't do anything with the court at the moment what with everything going on. I knew the courts were shut but surely we can start the claim and it will just be picked up when they are back in. The other party claimed responsibility straight away so it is only to agree on the amount the claim is worth.*
Is this right. The solicitor does seem to always be dragging his heels and saying he will do something but weeks later its not been done.*
