Hi and welcome
If the insurance company has voided the policy due to your employer not declaring the existence of a CCJ when he took out the policy, your employer is guilty of a criminal offence. (think the penalty is £2500 per day for no cover)
You will need to claim against your employer.
What was your employers reaction?
If you have no satisfaction from him, try telling him a report will be made to H&S Executive (http://www.hse.gov.uk/contact/index.htm)

Hi thankyou for replying. Basically it's really complicated to explain. This has been on going for 5yrs now I couldn't claim against my employer because the buisiness went into liquidation which basically meant there was no one to claim against. The last time any sort of communication with my solicitor who as far as I'm aware is still supposedly looking into my claim. Is nearly 12 months ago. This accident has had a massive effect on all aspects of my life mentally & physically I haven't been able to work, i suffer with severe depression & anxiety. I walk with a permanent limp the list goes on.

So you need to find out if the insurers are correct in voiding the policy because of non disclosure of CCJs existing when your employer effected the policy.
Can you name the insurance company so we can check their standard proposal & policy wordings (if we can find a copy of their documents in use 5 years ago!)
