The car wasn't brand new, it was a used demonstrator and had 6000 miles on the clock. Am I able to offer to pay for the bumper and wing mirror but deny the mileage charges? Are you able to professionally word and include that in the letter with regards to the bumper and wing mirror please?

Thanks for this, I will amend the letter and send a copy for you to read through and let me know your thoughts. I will make an offer to pay for repair to the bumper and for the wing mirror casing, not the wing mirror itself as this wasn't damaged, it was merely the coloured plastic trim around it...
