Hi Guys,
Thanks to Rob for his help with the v5 earlier in the process and for the letter template I used at the beginning.
BMW are now charging me for excess mileage. Condition report was perfect (which I expected) but I didn't expect to be over on my mileage however it turns out pro rata I am.
They are invoicing me for £250. Whats the best way to dispute this and honestly what is the odds of winning this?
I changed the car as I could no longer afford it and was in negative equity with only a few months left. I've read everything I can find on the subject and it seems to be a bit of a grey area. Spoke with BMW on the phone when they informed me this invoice was on its way and they are amendment that it's due and Consumer Credit Act doesn't prevent it.
Any help / advice would be great.
