    Well that was weird..dropped the car off at stoneacre, they didn't do any inspection at all. Just took keys and log book lol

    I took pictures outside the showroom etc..going to be difficult for finance company to claim anything without an inspections??

      Don't expect an eay ride. I hope you have one, but I'd be surprised if they don't come back with something. Let us know and I'll keep fingers crossed for a smooth ride.

        God no, the last thing I'm expecting is an easy ride.

        I would imagine it would be difficult for them to prove the condition without an inspection thus making it easier for me to defend against any claims?

          You may be lucky and it will go straight to the auction house and escape any condition report. However, it is more likely they will do one at some stage. What they won't have is your signature agreeing to it - that doesn't usually stop them sending a ridiculously inflated invoice for work they have not done, and for which they have no paperwork.
