Car wedding Present - can it be repossessed

MY ex husband bought me a car for a present, in March this year. He borrowed the money off Barclays Bank, personal loan in his name. Unsecured. The receipt is in my name and the V5 is in my name, the loan in his. He did a runner and left last week and refuses to even answer any calls, I have no idea where he is. I have no idea if he intends paying for the wedding gift or not, he has not even tried to get it back or ask for it back, I do not know where i stand. I know it was a present but I do not understand the implications of it all. And am very worried about it all.

If he doesn't pay the loan, I have no idea where he is, what will the bank do, wheter he will default, there has only been 6 mthly payments so there is still 2.5 yrs of bank loan left.

If it's unsecured then you have nothing to worry about.
That asset is yours not the finance companies. It is owned by you / your ex husband.
