Contract hire purcase

I had signed a contract hire purcase with a rubish company I allready paid the deposit but I didn't received yet the goods for what I paid .Can I cancel the agreement and get back my money for deposit?I really need help in this matter.

Are you talking about Contract Hire or Hire Purchase - they are two completely different things?

In either case, your answer should be set out in the agreement you signed under a heading similar to 'Your Cancellation Rights.'
