    Unfair charges

    Just have a couple of payments left on my car finance, but looked at all the charges I have been charged for various things like changing bank accounts or when the banks system failed and I did not make the payment ect. It amounts to more than my 2 last payments. Would I need to send an action before claim, to make them aware that I think they are unfair charges. any help please.
