Hi there, please can someone help, ive got myself in a right state. I placed an order for a used car on Saturday (17.08.13) and tonight I've been to sign the credit agreement. I've only just noticed the repayments aren't what I was quoted at the time of purchase. The first payment is over double what I was previously told. I am furious I didn't see this before. I am due to pick the car up on Wednesday. I feel like I've been done over from start to finish with one thing and another. I called the dealer as soon as I got home but he was apparently unavailable and hasn't yet called me back. Can I cancel the credit agreement? it does say I have 14 days to cancel but does that also mean I can cancel purchasing the car?? Ive read elsewhere I can cancel under section 57 of the CCA if I advise them under section 69 a notice of cancellation. ..... please can someone help, i'm 3 month pregnant and i'm really worried im going to default on the first payment
please help.... can i cancel a used car purchase??
