  • VT of a BlackHorse hp agreement

Hello, really hope to find some help here. I'm in negative equity with my current car. I purchased it in 2010 and am more than half way through payments. I decided to buy a new car but the garage would not give me the part ex price that I needed so the salesman advised that I could terminate my agreement so I called Black horse who said they would send a termination pack in the post. On my agreement it says that the car must be serviced as per manufacturer guidelines which it is not (please don't flame me for this!) It also has a small dent on the boot and some scrapes on the alloys. I'm now terrified after reading some of the other posts. Are they within their rights to charge for this? And how long should I wait to find out if am liable for anything?
    Thanks
    Michelle
